Luxurious amenities and excellent service at this exclusive venue. the health club and fine dining restaurant are exceptional. Private facilities were a huge plus and location advantages were ideal for exploring the area. Night club was also very enjoyable.
The only minor issue was the lack of variety in the menu. There were limited options for vegetarian and vegan guests, but the quality of what was available was still high.

The staff. The Location. The Food.

We liked the food that was varied and so good!the biggest buffet we have even seen!the swimming pool is also huge and it's a great pleasure to swim in it. Although there were many people, you can always find a lovely corner for yourself :)
When we arrived at the pool there were no towels available and we had to wait until the day after to get them, on a third try. We were a bit sad to notice that it wasn't possible to swim directly in front of the beach but only in the deep water after the jetty.amazing fishes there though! The room wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom but this depends on one's expectations. The matress were very good though!

I found the staff at this Hotel to be absolutely fantastic in their endeavors to provide warm and friendly service - frankly irrespective of what you pay the attitude of staff will always go a long way to overcoming other shortcomings that may be in position. This establishment is a large scale lay-out resort that is kept immaculately clean and well maintained in terms of the rooms, gardens, pools and various f&b availability points.... Main restaurant offering a wide choice of cuisine buffet, three other restaurants, main bar, pool bar / snacks, beach bar and small beach restaurant. I went there just to relax and recharge and found it to meet my needs in this respect. I did not make use of their Gym, Massage, Entertainment supplied. Having paid considerably more at a previous "5-Star" in Sharm El Sheihk but this was vastly better. Well done to the management team
Our rooms were on the second floor and stairs are tiring at times as there are no lifts. The lack of printing/scanning facilities for urgent business needs that I had to attend but I accept this to be an unusual requirement. I found the British lady in Customer Relations to be unhelpful and boisterous but she was the exception to the rule. The stairs to the sea entry off the promenade / dive platform had one or two exposed rusty nails on a tread but the rubber mats had recently come adrift so I doubt this would have been left unattended for too long. Due to night time departure I thought the late checkout surcharge of gbp40 to be excessive for a low occupancy time of year. Also my additional charges for the likes of laundry, phones, etc came to some gbp240 which was paid on request but no itemized bill was presented at anytime.

The staff are friendly and gave me a lovely sea view room and also upgrade me from all inclusive to ultra all inclusive. Also during the day around the pool you're not continually pestered by either the spa or diving team staff, which makes a refreshing change.

The hotel looks good, the beach is nice, the food is better than many hotels in Sharm, but still not up to my expectations.
Room was full of ants, and during my check in, some of the residents called the front desk and he was complaining that the room full of bugs, the staff is very slow in response, I asked for an Iron & Iron board, it took him 65 minutes to reach my room, and 3 calls to the house keeping, there is no 24 hours room service

Very helpfull staff and cooperating , a delay in my chechk in wa compensated with a Junior Suite instead of a sgl room. Swimming Pool is amazing, and very clean, filters are changed minimum twice a from the morning till 6 pm. Food is perfect and lot of varayties and also very tastey. Gym is ok.
Gym need to be widder space, it can hardely accomodate 5 ppl at once. The sea is not really accessabile due to the long distance that we have to go till we find a suitable point to swim. Spa need to be improved and all type of massage shall be included ( only relaxing and Medical type were available)
